England – Louis Bell, a legendary figure in the local non-league football scene, passed away this morning at the age of 62.

Bell, who had been battling heart issues for some time, succumbed to his health struggles after a lengthy period of illness.

Known for his infectious catchphrase "Hello Sausage," he was beloved by many who crossed his path, especially in the football community.

He served as a coach and manager for several prominent clubs including Gosport, Fareham, Horndean, Portchester, Blackfield & Langley, Baffins Milton, Moneyfields, and most recently Paulsgrove.

In addition to his managerial roles, Louis Bell had a notable career in coaching at Pompey’s Centre of Excellence and worked as a scout for West Ham United.

Bell was not only a respected football figure but also a genuinely kind and caring person, described as a "top bloke" by those who knew him.

He is remembered as a loving father and grandfather who had a lasting impact on both his family and the football community.

A GoFundMe fundraiser has been organized by Johnny Willett to assist with funeral expenses for Bell's family during this difficult time.

Condolences from friends and supporters continue to pour in, with many honoring his memory and his contribution to the game.
